 SERIES
PRODUCTION: We can offer attractive royalty rates for series rebuilds.
Initial pattern purchase

| allows one build.
For rebuilds, for a boat 'L' metres long, allow for US$1/2(L x L x L) for
reach royalty. |
| A six metre
(20') royalty is thus 3 x 6 x 6 = $108. |

| OUTRIGHT
PURCHASE: We will negotiate a one-time payment to allow unlimited rebuilds. |

| ONE-OFFS:
Our patterns are priced so that a single use is cost-justified. So if you
get a special |
| request, let
us know. We probably have what you want, on or off the catalogue. Tell your
client "Yes" and |
| we will make
it work. |

| EXCLUSIVITY:
Custom designs for series production remain exclusive to the client. |

| KITS
vs. PATTERNS: All of our commercial builders have tried pre-cut kits
and come back to our |
| patterns. Why?
Three reasons: |
| Cost, Selection,
Independence. Cost, because they make money cutting instead of paying the
Computer Cut man. |
| They still get
their important shapes defined with the less costly patterns. Selection,
because they are not limited |
| to available
kits, and they want to build what the customer wants. Independence, because
they can customise |
| any boat based
on patterns, and because they keep the operation in-house and on their own
schedule. |

| TURNAROUND:
We respect the urgency of commercial orders. All enquiries are treated promptly.

| We will give
you a shipping date for any proposed purchase, stock or custom. All jobs
are delivered airfreight |
| paid. |

| CONFIDENTIALITY:
We do not pass information between builders. Competition keeps you and us
